Adelaide Clemens
Brisbane is the place where she was raised. Daughter of an British father. Clemens's acting career began during her senior year of high school. She guest-starred in a 2006 episode on Blue Water High as Juliet and, in 2007, she appeared in the show for children Pirate Islands: The Lost Treasure of Fiji as Alison. Clemens was nominated for the Logie Awards in 2008 for her role as Harper, in Showtime's drama Love My Way. She won the Graham Kennedy Award and the Award for Most Outstanding New Talent. Clemens was on screen with Sigrid the and Xavier Sigrid Cropper Andrew McFarlane and Linda Cropper in Dream Life 2008. The show starred MTV Networks Australia. Clemens was the face of Jan Logan's jewellery in that year.Clemens relocated to Los Angeles California in 2009. Clemens starred on the screen in the role of Xandrie (Wasted on the Young) in the movie Wasted on the Young. Clemens played Camilla Dickinson in 2012 alongside Gregg Sulkin Cary Elwes Samantha Mathis. The film was a re-imagining of the 1951 novel of similar title written by young adult novelist Madeleine L'Engle.She portrayed teenager Heather Mason in Silent Hill: Revelation 3D. The horror film was based on the survival horror video game Silent Hill 3 and was an sequel to the movie Silent Hill.That year Clemens was also in a leading role as the young suffragette Valentine Wannop in Parade's End an adaptation for television to The Ford Madox Ford tetra-logy co-produced by HBO and BBC Two. Clemens appeared featured in Luke Evans' 2012 horror movie No One Lives. The Great Gatsby based in F. Scott Fitzgerald novel with the same name was also a film from 2013 starring Clemens. Catherine Wilson was Isla's mother. Clemens is a part of Rectify 2013, a television mini-series created by Ray McKinnon. She plays Tawney Telbot. Natalie Dormer, Stephen Graham and Zachary Quinto will join her in The Girl Who Invented Kissing.
