Annmarie is a veteran of 30 years as a Human Resources leader. She was involved in all industries, and worked with teams of executives to meet business goals, especially in times of rapid changes and expansion. She's been a thought partner helping to implement business and people-related strategies into goals for the entire enterprise and plans for strategic planning through organizational and performance management employees' engagement, organizational and performance management, as well as managing change. Awed by leadership, she sees team building and learning as crucial to maintaining an advantage in the marketplace. Through her work with Fortune 500 and smaller companies she's developed and coached managers who have shown success and results. Her efforts helped develop cultures that promote learning innovation and positive changes for both individuals as well as teams. In addition, Annmarie has a desire to invest her talents and time to support Learning Ally's mission she is currently providing support for a variety of non-profit organisations in her spare time. As a part of the Castell Project Leadership Development Committee Annmarie is committing her time and talents to supporting Learning Ally's mission.
